Carlos Romero (Kaly Romero) is the founding partner and CEO of BDL Capital. With more than two decades of entrepreneurial success, Carlos has built a distinguished career across multiple industries, including real estate, private equity, and finance.
Since relocating to Miami in 2001, Carlos has demonstrated exceptional leadership in scaling and transforming businesses. Notably, he led the successful expansion of his family’s optical business into the U.S., where he grew the brand into a prominent player in the Latin American market. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been crucial in driving growth and innovation across the ventures he has founded and managed.
As CEO of BDL Capital, Carlos has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and expanding its portfolio, overseeing high-value projects across diverse asset classes. His ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities has established BDL Capital as a trusted partner in real estate development and asset management.
